Dr Mia Gray

Osteopath

Mia graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and Master of Health Science (Osteopathy). Growing up in the Bayside area, Mia was heavily involved in athletics and various sports. Frequent injuries led her to osteopathy from a young age, sparking a genuine interest in how the body moves, heals, and performs. This personal experience laid the foundation for her passion to help others overcome pain and return to doing what they love.

As an osteopath, Mia is dedicated to creating a welcoming, supportive space for her patients. She combines hands-on treatment with exercise rehab and patient education, aiming not just to treat symptoms but to address the root cause and prevent future issues.

With a strong interest in sports injuries and performance, Mia also works as a sports trainer at St Bede’s football club, providing injury management and support to athletes during training and game days. Outside the clinic, you’ll find her keeping active at the gym, going for runs along the beach, following AFL, or spending time with friends.
