Michelle was first introduced to pilates as a complimentary training tool when running track almost 10 years ago. Enjoying implementing another form of exercise besides running to her routine, she continually became fascinated by the body and the adaptations attributed to exercise.
Michelle developed an interest in completing her Certificate IV in Mat and Reformer Pilates, during her Osteopathy university degree. She began to understand the value of exercise prescription as a means to achieve longer lasting pain relief and improve quality of life.
She adopts a holistic approach when assessing the structure and functions of the body to form her pilates programs. Continually interested in developing herself through various forms of exercise or further study, she aspires to be a Women’s Health Osteopath in the near future.
