Kandie first became a pilates instructor in 2012 whilst living in South Africa. Upon returning to Australia she undertook a Diploma of Clinical Pilates to further her expertise.
Kandie has a passion for helping clients in everyday lift get back to pain free, functional movement.
When Kandie is not teaching pilates she enjoys an active lifestyle with a love of running.
