Kandie first became a pilates instructor in 2012 whilst living in South Africa. Upon returning to Australia she undertook a Diploma of Clinical Pilates to further her expertise. Kandie has a vibrant personality and enjoys getting to know her patients and what their lives look like outside of the pilates room.
Kandie has a passion for helping clients in everyday life get back to pain free, functional movement. She loves helping many people, particularly those with lower back and hip pain and is interested in neurological conditions.
When Kandie is not teaching pilates she loves spending time with her toddler and enjoys an active lifestyle with a love of running and playing with her beautiful dog.
