Co-Director Eliza is an experienced osteopath with 20 years in clinical practice, graduating from Victoria University. Eliza is known for her thoughtful, patient-centred approach and her ability to manage both acute and long-standing musculoskeletal conditions. Patients value Eliza’s thorough and collaborative approach, with treatment focused not only on relieving pain, but improving movement, resilience, and overall quality of life.
Eliza has undertaken extensive postgraduate training throughout the UK, New Zealand, and Australia, with a particular focus on women’s health and visceral (organ) osteopathy. She has a strong background in sport and movement, having spent many years involved in both high level soccer and ballet. This has given her a deep understanding of sporting injuries, biomechanics, and the physical demands placed on the body — from elite athletes to busy parents and office workers alike.
Alongside osteopathic treatment, Eliza is also qualified in dry needling and Chinese cupping, allowing her to integrate a broad range of techniques into patient care where appropriate. She has done further training in treatment of breastfeeding conditions and uses therapeutic ultrasound to assist these women.
Passionate about education and mentoring, Eliza has lectured and supervised osteopathy students at Victoria University and completed postgraduate studies in tertiary education. She has presented at osteopathic conferences both nationally and internationally, including in Scandinavia and New Zealand.
A Bayside local and mother of two, Eliza understands the challenges of balancing health, family, work, and an active lifestyle. Outside the clinic, she enjoys playing music, playing soccer, the challenge of leaning AUSLAN, and follows the mighty Pies.
