Amara has a strong background in classical ballet starting in Sydney, then continuing in Newcastle, after which she moved to Melbourne and undertook major education at The Australian Conservatoire of Ballet. She went on to become a Salsa instructor and dancer with The Salsa Foundation, where she continues to teach regularly.

Amara began Pilates when dancing full time as part of her extra-curricular strength training and also injury management. She has continued with this and after 5 years decided to undertake a Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction with National Pilates Training. Amara is passionate about making a lasting impact on the lives of her patients and is dedicated to creating a positive and inspiring experience for every individual.

Kandie first became a pilates instructor in 2012 whilst living in South Africa. Upon returning to Australia she undertook a Diploma of Clinical Pilates to further her expertise. Kandie has a vibrant personality and enjoys getting to know her patients and what their lives look like outside of the pilates room.

Kandie has a passion for helping clients in everyday life get back to pain free, functional movement. She loves helping many people, particularly those with lower back and hip pain and is interested in neurological conditions.

When Kandie is not teaching pilates she loves spending time with her toddler and enjoys an active lifestyle with a love of running and playing with her beautiful dog.
