Erin is a Myotherapist who completed her Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy at RMIT university. Coming from a family of healthcare workers and a lover of dance, the importance of movement through all stages of life is a key component of Erin’s practice philosophy. Erin is passionate about restoring motion and reducing pain for her patients using a combination of hands-on techniques and pain-management strategies for outside of the clinic, focusing her treatments to the needs and goals of each individual.

Kate graduated from the Southern School of Natural Therapies in 2005 with a degree in Clinical Myotherapy. With a passion for sport she has worked within various sporting clubs and treated many elite athletes from a wide variety of sports such as football, basketball, triathlons, marathons and horse racing. Along with Kate’s keen interest in treating neck and shoulder conditions, she also has a passion for treating all aspects of pre and post natal pain.

Kate’s friendly and approachable nature and ability to empathise with her patients make her popular with patients of all ages. Her broad experience assists her to assess, diagnose and create a tailored and effective treatment plan for each patient based on their individual needs. Kate specialises in trigger-point therapy, deep-tissue massage, dry needling, cupping, passive and active muscle stretching and myofascial release. She is passionate about achieving the best results for her patients so they can return back to work, sport and everyday life.

Kate works from our Sandringham clinic on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
