Kate graduated from the Southern School of Natural Therapies in 2005 with a degree in Clinical Myotherapy. With a passion for sport she has worked within various sporting clubs and treated many elite athletes from a wide variety of sports such as football, basketball, triathlons, marathons and horse racing. Along with Kate’s keen interest in treating neck and shoulder conditions, she also has a passion for treating all aspects of pre and post natal pain.

Kate’s friendly and approachable nature and ability to empathise with her patients make her popular with patients of all ages. Her broad experience assists her to assess, diagnose and create a tailored and effective treatment plan for each patient based on their individual needs. Kate specialises in trigger-point therapy, deep-tissue massage, dry needling, cupping, passive and active muscle stretching and myofascial release. She is passionate about achieving the best results for her patients so they can return back to work, sport and everyday life.

Kate works from our Sandringham clinic on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

Ashlee is a Sports Therapist who has been working on the Mornington Peninsula since 2011. Ashlee aims to provide relief to people of all ages and fitness levels and has a particular interest in neck pain and headaches. Ashlee’s friendly personality will make you feel relaxed and comfortable while her knowledge and skills will help to provide relief from aches, injuries and pain.

Ashlee can utilise a variety of techniques including remedial massage deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, dry needling, strapping and corrective exercises. Ashlee is also a qualified mat pilates instructor and enjoys educating her clients on muscle activation, using pilates exercises to help optimise stability within the body.

Ashlee has worked with a variety of elite and local sporting teams including Melbourne Victory Soccer Club and Melbourne Storm Rugby.

Ashlee works from our Mordialloc clinic on Thursdays and Fridays.
